How do limits and upgrades work?
Rocket has no overage; Spaceship allows up to 3× each limit; Enterprise is uncapped. Beyond any ceiling, upgrades are assisted with one click.
- Rocket (no overage): at 90% of any limit, dashboard banner. At 100%, upgrade modal to Spaceship with prorated amount.
- Spaceship: between 100% and 300% of any limit, the overage is billed together with the plan on the next monthly invoice. Above 300%, assisted upgrade to Enterprise.
- Enterprise (uncapped overage): same rates, no ceiling. New accounts get an automatic 2× plan-value cap during the first 3 months.
No account is ever suspended for exceeding limits — only non-payment suspends access. Bulk contact imports are rejected when they would exceed the plan's absolute cap.

WhatsApp broadcasts
Optional add-on, purchased as pre-paid credit packs (5K / 10K / 25K / 50K / 100K, R$ 0.10 per message). Meta (WhatsApp Business Platform) fees are paid directly by the customer to Meta.
